My name is Lorraine Bryce and I'm a Brisbane based Personal Trainer that specialises in strength training for adults of all fitness levels.
Since entering the fitness industry in 2011, I’ve focused on providing high quality coaching that educates, empowers and delivers long term results to my clients. I also have a track record that spans over 15 years where I’ve helped hundreds of Men and Women lose fat, grow muscle, build strength and gain back their confidence.
My ideal client is self motivated, open to learning and believes that consistency and quality training over time is the key to getting results and seeing change.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness, a new mum returning to exercise, a regular gym-goer wanting to level up or a grandparent training for longevity - I would love to help you.
