The Ascot Bootcamp is an Oriel Park favourite that has been in the area since 2015. Each session runs for 45 minutes and no two sessions are the same! Bootcamp is perfect for those that are looking for a non judgmental, inclusive and encouraging group of people to train with on weekends. We also participate in charity fun runs and go for hikes during the cooler months.

The Women's Strength Program is a semi private group session for ladies of all fitness levels that are looking to follow a structured program based around weights training. In this session you will learn the benefits of strength training, what exercises benefit certain muscle groups and how to progress your training to get the best results to compliment your training goals.
Weights Training is something that all Women should incorporate into their training routine as it keeps your muscles and bones strong as you get older. Lifting weights also transforms your physique which in turn can also boost your confidence!
