PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is a service that is designed for you and your training goals. If you have tried different styles of training in the past but haven't had the best results, a personalised approach to training may be just what you need.  

As a team, we will communicate and work together to help you reach your full potential in the gym with a blended style of face to face and solo training.

- Pre and Post Natal

- Kettlebells

- Boxing

In addition to 1:1 training, all of my Personal training clients receive individualised training programs that are updated accordingly on my app. Clients are also tested periodically to make sure that we're on track with reaching your fitness goals.

If you're looking for more accountability on top of Personal Training, I also offer my Saturday Bootcamp at Oriel Park and my Women's Strength Program which is on Wednesdays at 8:30am. Please head to my group training page for more info.

Online Coaching

$55 per week

Includes:

1 x Personal Training session per month (45min), Training app access, Periodic Testing and Personalised programming
